Structural features
Main beam
1. The main beam adopts the square box Ankang H-shaped steel structure design, which is similar to the traditional simple crane at the beginning, and its self weight is heavier;
2. NDT shall be carried out for main welds;
3. The steel plate material is domestic general steel (Q235B);
4. The vertical winding is in accordance with Chinese national standards;
5. Like traditional cranes in China, all steel plates are shot blasted to achieve Sa2.5 standardization;
6. Before welding, carefully check and clean the steel plate, which is usually welded by automatic welding machine (MIG or semi-automatic welding);
End beam part
1. The end beam is formed by welding rectangular steel pipe or steel plate. The formed end beam is positioned and processed at one time in the CNC machine tool to reach the allowable deviation range and ensure the national dimensional accuracy and fit tolerance;
2. Each end beam is equipped with wheels with double rims, buffers and anti derailment protection devices;
3. The double beam crane is equipped with a maintenance platform (maintenance walkway) on the driving side of the crane along the main beam direction;
4. The main beam and end beam are connected by high-strength bolts to ensure the accuracy and stable operation of the whole machine;
