Half gantry crane

1. Product introduction:

The semi gantry crane is used together with CD, MD, HC and other electric hoists. It is a light rail operated small crane used in the workshop and in windy areas. Its lifting capacity is gn=2t-10t, span is 10m-30m, working environment is below +40 ℃, working level is 25%, and wind pressure is not greater than 125pa.

2. Technical features:

The transmission adopts the new generation three in one system, the electrical appliance adopts the non-contact module speed control, and can realize the micro speed and two speed approach frequency conversion function. The operation is particularly stable. It is equipped with overload alarm, slanting lifting, anti lifting hook impact protection, missing item overcurrent protection, and the operation console (handle) adopts 12V voltage, so as to realize the multi-functional protection of the hoist door crane. When the voltage is within 380v+5-10%, the electric control can be used for "2million" times for a long time.

3. Selection principle:

Industry of use: starting, inching times /1h, daily practical time h, it must be noted that: light crane, starting, inching times are gn/10 ≈ 80 times /1h, gn/2 ≈ 40 times /h, gn/1 ≈ 20 times /1h, high temperature 50 ℃ and harsh environment times /1h ÷ 2.

4. Precautions:

① At the operation site, when the crane stops operation, the user shall lock the crane in time.

② There is no wire above the main switch of the crane. It is strictly prohibited to lift high-temperature molten liquid, inflammable, explosive, corrosive (acid, alkali, plating, steam moisture), overload, dust and other dangerous operations.

③ This product has two types: ground control and indoor control. Users can choose freely according to their needs.
