Product introduction

Two beam lifting machines can be used to lift precast beams, or a single crane can be used to lift precast beams with double slings. The lifting capacity of two beam lifting machines lifting at the same time is generally 450 tons, and the lifting capacity of a single beam lifting machine can usually reach 900 tons. It is equipped with outrigger travel, crown block travel and crown block lifting equipment, which can realize all-round mechanized action. It is mainly used to lift the precast beam from the beam making platform to the beam storage platform. After the curing of the precast beam, it is lifted from the beam storage platform to the beam carrier. Complete the assembly and disassembly of the bridge erecting machine as a lifting equipment. It is also used to erect dry bridges with low pier shafts.

technical requirement

1. The operation speed of the lifting mechanism and the operating mechanism is low, so as to improve the alignment accuracy of the precast beam and reduce the impact on the structure of the beam lifting machine.

2. The internal space of the beam lifting machine shall be large enough to meet the assembly of hoisting precast beams and bridge erecting machine.

3. On the premise of meeting the strength, stiffness and stability of the main steel structure, disassembly and transportation shall be considered.

4. When two precast beams are hoisted, the two machines shall operate synchronously.

Operation and maintenance

1. Operators shall be trained and qualified before taking the post.

2. Strictly follow the operation requirements and steps.

3. Regularly inspect and maintain mechanical devices and electrical devices.

4. If any problem is found, stop the machine for inspection until the problem is eliminated.
